The sweetest and most helpful man. Mr. Toshino made sure I had everything I need with my hearing aid problems. As a profoundly deaf person, having a broken hearing aid in Tokyo was beyond stressful. Mr.Toshino was able to go above and beyond to help me and ensure the rest of my trip goes well. 10/10 highly recommend this place!
