Real sumo training experience, not a show for tourists.
Wow, what a morning. Drizzly but Japan Wonder Travel arranged practice viewing session with the Arashio Stable. Within 10 feet of practice ring and about 25 sumo, 4 in white and rest in black. We came in at middle of their warmups then 45 minutes of full contact where winner takes on next. Longest streak was 7 wins by Enho, who also happened to be the smallest at listed weight of 107 kilo.
