The hotel alone is great but what makes it even better is the service and location. We stayed for 9 days, family of 4 and we had a wonderful time. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location cannot be beat. It's quiet in that block but as soon as you cross the block you have everything you want closeby to you - great food, great shopping, yamanote line. Great Hotel!

Section L was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, and 3 "children" aged 16, 18 & 21), plus we also had a separate room for my mother in law that travelled with us. Size of our family apartment was amazing - enough room for us all to stretch out. Apartment was extremely clean and very well appointed. Washing machine was a must for us, given the size of our group! Whilst we stayed in the sauna suite, we really didn't utilise it - we wanted more the size of the apartment, which was great value for money compared to others that I had researched. Fantastic location within walking distance to Yamanote line, as well as other lines very close by. Made travelling around so convenient to see all the sites. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants to choose from, along with plenty of shopping options, including larger department stores. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Our family of four had an excellent stay here, and we would happily stay again.The hotel is elegant, quiet, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location. It was incredibly convenient to get around Tokyo, with easy access to public transit, restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping, yet the hotel itself remained peaceful and relaxing.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how professional and efficient everything was. The secure entrance with an access code gave us extra peace of mind, and the front desk staff were always welcoming, helpful, and quick to assist. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee bar in the lobby—it was a thoughtful touch, and the coffee was excellent.Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including a washer-dryer combo, an iron, and an ironing board, which made travelling as a family much easier. Even the slippers were surprisingly comfortable!The bathroom was spotless. The shower had great water pressure and consistent hot water—exactly what you want after a long day of exploring the city. We also noticed the toilet’s water-saving design, which was both innovative and environmentally friendly.The air conditioning was quiet, clean, and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature throughout our stay.We travelled with two children, who slept in the bunk beds. They loved them, and everyone slept comfortably every night.This hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and security. Every detail made us feel welcome and well cared for. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.
