We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Komugi Skytree.The overall service was excellent. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the directions from the nearest station were very helpful. We booked the property with a good understanding of its location, so it was exactly as expected.Communication with the owner was smooth throughout our stay. They were always kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions.The notices and instructions inside the accommodation were placed in convenient locations and were easy to find. The property was also very clean, which was one of the most important points for us. Every room had its own air conditioner, making the stay comfortable for our large group.One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide clearer information about the Wi-Fi. We could not find this information in the guidebook on the second floor.Overall, everyone in our group was satisfied with the stay, and we had no complaints. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect ryokan for a group of friends. The place is a few min walk from Oshiage station and close to cafes and restaurants. We loved the Zen Japanese interior, it really felt relaxing to come back to this place after a long day exploring Tokyo. The host was super attentive to our needs and gave us recommendations for the area but also other neighbourhoods in Tokyo. If you are traveling with family or friends/couples, this is a great place to stay at to experience an authentic and comfy stay in Tokyo.

Hotel Komugi Skytree was a clean, incredibly convenient, easy, and accessible way to visit Tokyo for the first time. Our hosts were communicative and responsive. We were minutes away from buses and the metro, and took advantage of all the different lines. We were also right next door to a konbini. Being close to both the Skytree and Asakusa was an awesome way to experience both neighborhoods! Definitely recommend a stay here.
