Both Koji and Mika were great hosts for our group of 9 people, we learned and listened with great enjoyment about the history of Chado and participated in our very own Chado, a very valuable experience
Our friendly group was pleasantly surprised by the excellent organization of the tea ceremony. We learned a lot of interesting information about green tea varieties, equipment, and preparation methods. We really liked the carefully thought-out presentation of different tea varieties to reveal their taste characteristics to the fullest. We really enjoyed the aftertaste after tasting each variety. The transition from a more intense to a less intense flavor revealed interesting nuances of the tea. All thanks to the high professionalism of the hostess of the ceremony. The quiz and conversation about choosing tea cups added a pleasant variety to the ceremony. Best wishes to the hostess of the ceremony and her assistant. I highly recommend learning the art of the tea ceremony at this school.
Very easy to find and an amazing experience. The host has taught students from all over the world and made the experience fun and exciting.
I Highly recommend this very dignified Cha ceremony given a typical Japanese or Nihon, respectful manner of learning how to appreciate the benefits via taking your time with enjoying cha as part of your life. The Cherry Blossom was a great start. The Koicha. Just Wow! Oishii. Thoroughly enjoyed that and now make my own. Now I can judge the quality of the Macha and watch to see skill of the Barista if they can produce a quality product. I go into the zone of bliss with any quality Matcha. Love it. 茶道の体験ができる場所。体験ではあるものの、先生が一つ一つの動作の意味を丁寧に教えてくれ、実践の機会もあります。先生の所作の美しさ、お茶の味わい、見て美しく食べて美味しいお菓子に大満足です。

Incredible cultural experience with exceptional licensed master! it’s not tourists trap it’s real Chado experience from the school that teaching future tea ceremony masters. She was very friendly and nice we spend good time together she showed the tea ceremony basics, history. The authentic room, and utensils make even more unforgettable experience!
