We spent a night at this lovely clean self-catering hotel in Oshiage. It's great if you're on a budget with younger children because it has all the essentials for self-catering. There are decent restaurants and a Seven Eleven nearby if you don't want to cook.But be sure to check and chase for check-in details as there is no check-in desk. They were supposed to send it 24hrs before after providing passport verification. I got a bit worried as I hadn't received it, arrived at the property after 3pm without any instructions on how to enter the property. We tried to contact customer service (based out in Singapore ) with no immediate answer, but after 5mins a gentleman came out of the building with a list of guest names, gave us the check in keys.I think this stressful situation could have been avoided if the check in instructions were given well ahead of arrival date.

Great location; the environment is quiet and convenient. Although the four-person room is a bit small, one really can't complain given that it's Tokyo. I would visit again.
Kyo Wa Hotel bagus sekali...Kamarnya bersih.Tempat tidur cukup untuk kami ber 4 ambil twin room. Peralatan mandi, masak dan cuci lengkap. Jadi fleksibel mau masak sendiri atau makan diluar.Lokasi strategis sekali. Dekat stasiun kereta dan bus. Dekat Tokyo Skytree. Indah banget klo malam lihat Tokyo Skytree.Lingkungan nyaman dan tidak terlalu ramai. Jadi ikut menikmati kehidupan sehari-hari warga setempat di area Sumida dan Oshiage.Rekomen banget jika wisata area Tokyo menginap di Kyo Wa Hotel.Terima kasih tim Kyo Wa Hotel

Me, my wife and 2 kids stayed for six days. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean room. It was very close to Oshiage train station, 5 minutes walking distance. Around it there are markets nearby. We would come back to stay there again in future.
