遇到來自台灣的店員，謝謝她很有耐心地幫忙搭配並建議適合自己的款式，日後來東京玩必需再來。
My go-to store: professional service that goes above and beyond! いつ行っても丁寧に、辛抱強く接客してくださるので本当にイチオシです！試着しまくって結局諦めた時でも変わらず優しいし、本当に親切です。バナリパさんはカジュアルだけど綺麗めで、少しこだわりが感じられる素材やデザインなどが多く重宝してます。これからも通います。
A very big thank you to Elizabeth San who gave her time willingly and with utmost patience for going all out to ensure that our issue with registering for a Japan Banana Republic Account was resolved including using the remaining value in our Suica. She spent about 20-30 minutes patiently and willingly helping us on her own accord, when we ourselves were prepared to forgo the registration and just pay the full price with credit card. She even helped register our name in Katakana and Hiragana!We are very impressed by her service and also a big thank you to the rest of the 2 other female staff that evening - 13 December 2025, who were also helpful.This is indeed true Japanese hospitality and service. Coming from Singapore, it is definitely one for Singapore to take a leaf out of. We felt blessed to have shopped here on the last evening before our flight back home the next day.Thank you for wrapping up a good holiday for us and we will be sure to come back to visit the store again.
