The La Terrase Higashi-Komagata property is fantastic in many different ways. The unit we stayed at was set up for a 3 person party, with a comfortably sized double or bigger than double bed, plus a sofa bed that was pretty comfy. It was a snug but very functional suite, and I loved how much thought was given to every aspect of the unit in terms of usability and functionality. I especially liked the bathroom/shower because it was very evident that first and foremost, it was designed with ease and efficient usage in mind.The unit was also very clean, and came with all the essentials to support a comfortable stay.The unit/building's location is simply fantastic. It is close to at least 3 (if not 4) konbini -- Lawson & 7-Eleven, and 2 stations on the Asakusa line (Honjo-Azumabashi and Asakusa stations). The Asakusa station is also part of the Ginza line, so the travel options are pretty flexible. And needless to say, the unit is literally a 10 min walk away from the famous Kaminarimon Gate / Nakamise dori / Senso-ji area, as well as a 15 min walk away from Tokyo Skytree / Tokyo Solamachi retail complex. The proximity to these places give you a LOT of flexibility and options.I also found the Higashi-Komagata area (where the building is located) to be very comfortable and relaxing neighbourhood. It is mostly low and mid rise buildings in the smaller streets, and it is easy to feel as ease while strolling around the neighbourhood.Communications with the host are excellent, as his instructions are very clear and detailed. As long as you follow the instructions, nothing will go wrong.Thank you for providing such an awesome place for us to stay at!
The place is nice an well equipped with necessary elements, but does not have a table where to sit for having breakfast or any other meal, we had yo use a coffee table from the living/bedroom. Location is OK, 5 blocks from Asakusa Sta
Logement incluant cuisine, lit 2 places et futon 1 place.Salle de bain et machine a laver.Bien situé dans un quartier calme.
Nice and clean, kitchen had all cookware and tableware, water kettle and microwave. Our room had a washing machine, which was super convenient. Walking distance to Asakusa Station and Asakusa Shopping District. Convenience stores close by for easy dining option if you don't want to go to a restaurant. Nice view of Tokyo SkyTree from the room!!
The location was perfect! Optimal for those looking to explore the Tokyo area using the ginza or Asakusa line. Accommodations were amazing! 10/10 would stay here again.

周辺のオススメ
とてもリーズナブルなホテルです。唯一の欠点はリビングのカウチベッドがベッドとしては寝心地が悪かったことぐらいかと。以前5人のお部屋に泊まったときはデスクスペースがあって便利でしたが3人部屋ではそれがなかったので不便でした。
