The best in Golden Gai! It's always full and funny. The owner creates a great atmosphere, and everyone I'm there have a good time singing.Highly recommend if you are en Shinjuku and want to go Golden Gai, as it's also cheap.
We absolutely loved Diamond Bar! My fiancé and I had just gotten engaged in Maui and then flew to Japan to celebrate with friends. On our first night in Shinjuku, we wandered into Golden Gai and discovered this legendary spot.The atmosphere was incredible, the drinks were great, and the staff made us feel like regulars from the moment we walked in. They were fun, welcoming, and kept us company all night. We had such an amazing time that we ended up going back three different nights during our stay in Tokyo.If you’re visiting Shinjuku, this place is an absolute must-visit. It was one of the highlights of our trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just randomly walked around Golden Gai with friends and got attracted by the music coming from Diamond Bar. We entered without expecting much and honestly ended up having one of the funniest nights in Tokyo.Apparently the owner is new now, but the atmosphere remains exactly what you want from a true Golden Gai bar: casual, chaotic, friendly and full of energy. No weird charge system, no hidden tax, no overpriced cocktails pretending to be luxury. Every drink on the menu is simply 1000 yen which honestly makes the place even more enjoyable because everyone can just relax and have fun without thinking too much.The karaoke completely changed the mood of the night. Even with my terrible singing skills, everyone inside was laughing, cheering and singing together. After a few drinks, strangers started talking to each other like old friends and the owner made everyone feel welcome. By the end of the night it genuinely felt more like a small family party than a bar.Places like this are becoming rare in Kabukicho and Golden Gai. It feels authentic, simple and social, exactly the kind of spot where random Tokyo nights become unforgettable memories.Definitely coming back next time.

After fighting my way through scammers the bar owner was there for me, after searching for the cheapest and best drinks in golden gai I found it here, after looking for the best party in all of golden gai I found the best vibes here, finally after being so drunk and leaving my bag with my previous camera with tons of photos there I am going to receive again because she held onto it this entire time and took care of it. If there’s anywhere to spend your time in tokyo it’s here with the best bar owner i’ve ever known. You’re the best. Cheers fam. Spend all your yen here.
