The room is cozy and comfortable, and feels just like home.It can comfortably fit up to 8 people, with 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and 1 shower room.There’s plenty of space, so it’s great for multiple families traveling together, and the price is quite reasonable.The location is also very convenient, with a station, supermarket, and lots of restaurants nearby. Everything you need is within easy reach.

My friends and I had a pre-girls-night girls night in this hotel and had a best time. It’s definitely clean as a newly opened hotel, but at the same time very well equipped with a lot of storage space. And the bed is very comfy!

Not sure why theres a review saying this place isn’t “open” yet, I just stayed here over the weekend! It was perfect for a girls’ staycation. The size of the accommodation was great, and having 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets made a huge difference for a group. The double sink was especially helpful when everyone was getting ready at the same time. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would happily come back again.
The building was easy to find, and I didn’t get lost at all. I walked here from Kagurazaka Station, and there were so many stylish shops along the way that I really enjoyed the walk. There’s even a supermarket just a 1- to 2-minute walk away, and it’s safe at night, so I think it’s a very convenient location. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.
Modern, clean and newly renovated apartment style hotel in the heart of one of the most charming, undiscovered, neighborhoods in Tokyo. This sizable apartments in this property are especially suitable for families traveling together. We enjoyed the togetherness of the large living/dining area. It's a peaceful oasis to return to after a long day of exploring the city. We love browsing Japanese supermarkets, there is a large one just minutes away by foot. There are so many fresh and yummy ingredients, it was easy to make simple preparations for breakfast and snacks using the full kitchen.

SoMa Kagurazaka is such a hidden gem. I rarely see this kind of hotel in Tokyo. It combines the spacious layout and comfort of a serviced apartment with the convenience and relaxed feel of a self-service hotel.The place is spacious, nicely laid out, and has a really nice modern interior. Everything feels new and well maintained, and it’s especially rare to find this kind of large space in Tokyo for families or groups. There’s plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, with a big dining table, two showers, two toilets, and a spacious peninsula-style kitchen to cook, eat, drink, sit, relax, and chat all night long.Walking to nearby supermarkets, picking up some fresh Japanese ingredients, and cooking together is a surprisingly rare experience in Tokyo and makes the stay feel much more like having your own home in the city.Splitting the room fee, the cost per person per night can actually be about the same as, or even lower than, a regular hotel room — but with much more space, better facilities and homey atmosphere.The location is another big plus. It’s tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still an easy walk to Kagurazaka, with tons of great restaurants, cafés, and food spots around, getting the best of both worlds: a peaceful place to stay while being close to one of Tokyo’s 人気 food areas. The evening is amazing...It’s a comfortable and unique place to stay, especially traveling with family or a group and wanting to stay together.
