訪問は二人までが理想的で、部屋は清潔で快適です。
公共交通機関やコンビニが近く、便利な立地にあります。
自己チェックインの案内が不足し、手間取ることもありました。
Accomodation all in all is decent (good and calm location) with adequate connection to metro or bus and clean and sufficient room for not so demanding travellers but what overall degrades the experience (hopefully just in our case) is that we did not get any piece of information how to check in and since this being self checkin, that is a kind of issue. The phone number does not reply and we had to seek help with other tenants to get hold off management to get us info how to get to the room. If it was not after after 30 hours of being up on the feet, I would not mind that much, but this definitely displeased us.
The overall room was clean and tidy and would recommend booking this if you are a party of 2 people max (maybe a small child as a third).The location was close enough to public amenities like the subway, convenience stores and the supermarket.The host was very patient in helping me check in too as I arrived very late at night due to our flights being delayed.

Here’s my reviewPros:-Very reasonable price!-Walking distance to near 7-Eleven , Family Mart, ETC- walking distance to the nearest train station (Waseda Station) for those complaining kinda far when it’s only 8 minutes walk😂, considered not far at all because afterall u need to get use to walk everywhere here.-This is a self check- in and self check- out stay the hotel will provide the check in and check out procedure-if u need emergency to contact the hotel, contact them VIA Agoda ;)-very helpful and kind staffCONS-honestly it was lil bit hard for me to find the hotel because the name on the Agoda and the actual stay are different but if u type on google maps and see the satellite image. Thats the building, exact position , hope it helps !
