All big lockers are taken. Only small ones are available. Couldn't put my suitcase there.45 small lockers and 25 of them are free. And only 19 big lockers and all are taken.
It's a very useful and convenient facility available at many train stations and malls in Tokyo. Convenient to use especially to store luggages, so that you don't have to drag it around everywhere. There is usually 3 sizes available, Small Medium & Extra Large which can fit up to 28 inches luggage trolley bag. Payment can be by cash, credit cards and also Suica or Pasmo cards. Just be wary that it may be full at popular places, so please have a Plan B just in case you can't store your luggages or big bags.
