Our stay here was great! Easy check-in. Check-out. Even though we didnt have ny physical interactions with owner or staff, Kate was super attentive and responsive with any messages sent thru the app and was able to accommodate requests- more coffee, towels etc.We were 6 people and the apartment had ample room for sleep, luggage, sit to eat at a central mini table and for us to not feel crammed on top of each other.There is a mini kitchen, stove, fridge, light amt of dishes/utensils, and a couple of pots and pans (not that we cooked but nice if we decided to) as well as a washer and area to hang dry clothes as needed.We liked the neighborhood, it seemed like a local neighborhood not so touristy, several markets available to grab things, even late night or early morning (plus a 7-11 also nearby) as well as ma and pa storefronts and restaurants.quick 8-10 min walk to the train station Takadanobaba station.There was a water dispenser in the lobby, extra umbrellas both in the lobby and outside our apartment to use, which was so helpful as it rained several days during our stay!Added bonus was a pocket WiFi we could use while out to help save data on esim.It was a bit pricey, but we were all able to stay in 1 place and it was during Sakura.The small tiny comment to note- unless you closed the toilet lid while not in use, it made the bathroom smell, otherwise i would still highly recommend this place.
顶楼的风景很不错。因为是高田马场，周围华人比较多，门口有公交，走个几百米也有山手線能坐，交通还是比较方便的。
Pros: lokasi sangat baik, disediakan payung untuk penghuni, tersedia dispenser air minum air panas dan air dingin, kebersihan kamar baik, disediakan handuk mandi dengan jumlah yang cukup banyak, layout ruangan baik, tersedia toilet umum untuk penghuni sebelum naik lift.Cons: untuk balkon berdebu karena di area outdoor tanpa pintu lagi, size lift hanya cukup untuk 4 orang dewasa+koper masing2.

Kami beruntung mendapatkan penginapan baru ini , design ruangan yang sangat nyaman bersih dan berteknologi tinggi ,perlengkapan memasak lengkap , mesin cuci dan setrika uap semua ada .Check- in mandiri tetapi pemilik sangat baik , masih datang mengatur dan memberikan solusi karena kami ingin check in lebih awal dengan tambahan biaya .Kamar 1lantai 6orang , tetapi Kami 7 orang , extrabed dengan bayaran yang cukup masuk akal .Di seberang lokasi ini ada stasiun bus dan hanya 10menit ke stasiun kereta .Kami akan menginap kembali untuk kunjungan berikutnya .
