Great experience. Jason was knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to and made sure we found the knives that fit us best. They have good displays and some vegetables to test the knives on. I liked this store better than their sister location on kappabashi street even though it's a bit smaller.

Amazing customer service! Henry explained everything about the knives in the smallest detail to guide us to the right purchase within our budget. The laser engraving was also a great add on for the gyuto knife we got. Highly recommended
There’s a reason why it has no bad reviews!! The customer service is just as good as the knives. I went in today and was helped by HENRY, he was absolutely patient and ensured that we got just the right knife for us. In addition, there was a promotion that allowed us to engrave our name into the knife for free so def give it a visit!

Loved this store!🤩Came to buy a knife and had a super experience while doing it. Staff very knowledgeable, spoke English very well, and we learned a thing or two about different blades and quality. Came out with two knives, engraved with our names with stunning handles. Let’s just say, we are excited to go home and use these on a regular basis. Shout out to Max who was patient with our questions - you made the experience fun and memorable.One thing I learned about this store, the staff is not on commission so you don’t feel heavy pressure to buy the most expensive knife there - just give a budget and they will help you.Tip: make sure you bring your passport and have them help you submit your NoTax form there in the store - saves you time later on and you know you’ve done it right!😉

Un accueil chaleureux et un service vraiment excellent. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Jason, qui a été très sympathique, disponible et de très bon conseil. Le fait qu’il parle français, anglais et japonais est un vrai plus et rend les échanges très faciles, notamment pour les touristes.Merci encore Jason pour ton accueil et tes explications ! Je recommande vivement cette boutique à tous ceux qui cherchent de beaux couteaux japonais et de bons conseils à Tokyo. 🇯🇵🔪
