I recently bought a Japanese knife from ZAKU and had a great experience from start to finish. There are so many knife shops in Kappabashi, but ZAKU stood out right away. The store is bright, modern, and has an impressive selection, so it was easy to compare different knives all in one place.A special thank you to James, who made the whole experience enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the differences between the knives without making it feel like a sales pitch. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right one. The final quality check before I left was also a nice touch and showed how much they care about the customer experience. The complimentary engraving was the perfect finishing touch and made my new knife feel even more special.I’d happily recommend ZAKU to anyone looking for a quality Japanese knife and excellent customer service!
Excellent experience and outstanding service from Gabriel. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different knives and help us choose the right ones. Thank you, Gabriel, for making our visit so memorable.
This store has the best selection, the most beautiful designs and amazing service. Valentina helped me and she could tell I was in love with this knife. She was so pleasant to work with and after looking at 5 other knife stores here I would come back to this store
