I couldn't book via my phone as I only had an esim, but they were able to book me in as a walk in for the evening on the same day which was great! The man was very friendly and helpful, we used Google Translate to communicate and he was very patient. The head massage was soo relaxing and I love the final result! Such a pretty pink colour!
I had a wonderful experience this afternoon at Hair Madison Unday! I did a haircut, hair care treatment, and changed my hair color—and they did an amazing job with all of it. The staff was friendly, professional, and really attentive to what I wanted. My hair feels healthy, looks great, and I’m so happy with the color transformation. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for quality service and a fresh new look!

I highly recommend this hair salon. I was able to use their website for the reservation and you can also check all their services there. I’ve chosen hair straightening and treatment in advance. Since it’s a new salon, I guess there was a promotion, I only paid 12000+ which is a steal! They don’t speak English well but everyone was very nice to me. My master was named Wada, he’s very nice and lively person. Also the assistant girl was very polite to me. Thank you so much for making my hair looking so great!
カットと髪質改善カラーをしてもらいました。色も理想通りのカラーにして頂き髪もこんなにツヤツヤになったのは初めてした。カットもそごく上手でした。またお願いします。
写真を見せて「こんな感じで」とお伝えしたら、その通りの髪型にしつつも、私の年齢に合ったきれいめな雰囲気に仕上げてくれました！カラーもイメージ通りで満足です。あと、シャンプーがすごく丁寧で長かったです。シャンプーされるの大好きなので、癒しの時間がたくさんもらえて最高でした◎

I needed a haircut but don’t speak any Japanese - this salon was able to help me!I booked on hot pepper online. The stylist used some English and google translate to do my hair. I loved the haircut and styling - he cut the length and added layers. I wasn’t asking for anything too difficult so the language barrier was not a problem and the appointment felt very smooth.He cut my hair dry then washed it. It’s usually the other way around in my home country, so don’t be surprised!The salon entrance is via the elevator - the directions on hot pepper are helpful.
