My partner and I were incredibly excited about our pre-wedding photoshoot. However, due to poor communication and a total lack of information from the staff, we ultimately had to cancel. We waited outside the shop for a long time right on schedule, but nobody ever showed up. It is such a shame because the photographer’s work looks amazing, but the customer service is severely lacking.I highly recommend that once a customer books and pays a deposit, the business should provide sufficient details and properly save their contact information. Paying a deposit means the customer is fully committed. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially since I went through a lot of effort to rearrange my work schedule just so we could take our pre-wedding photos in kimonos. I truly hope this serves as a serious point of improvement for your service in the future
