家具付きでWiFi完備、全ての器具の使い方も英語で説明書があります。
The place is very homey, with complete appliances and Wi-Fi. We never had problems using the appliances because there is a manual with complete instructions in English. The neighborhood is also quiet, and there are three konbinis within walking distance. And the best part? It’s also within walking distance of Nakai Station (Oedo Line).My friends and I had a great time staying at Clavis. Highly recommended!
It's a 4-minute walk from Shimo-ochiai Station, close to parks and sports fields, and has a very quiet residential environment. There are 3 convenience stores and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. There are a few restaurants near the station. Nearby Tonkatsu Takahashi restaurant is very popular. It takes 7 minutes by train from Shimo-ochiai Station to Seibu-Shinjuku Station, located in Kabuki-cho, the most lively area of Shinjuku. If you change trains at the neighboring Takadano-baba Station, from there you can go to Haneda in 1 hour, and to Narita in 1 and a half hour.

We stayed at this Airbnb for about 10 days and absolutely loved it! It is a bit small, but that’s expected, and truthfully, we were hardly there so it didn’t matter. However, it had everything we needed. A washer, mini kitchen, balcony, etc. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood which was walking friendly and very serene. A nice break from the roaring city life. There are two convenience stores and vending machines within 1-4 minute walking distances. Being close to the station was a bonus, but in instances where the trains weren’t running, this place is only about 15-20 minute walk to Takadanobaba area which was where many shops, restaurants, etc were. Overall, we loved this Airbnb and the hosts were lovely! We hope to come back next time we are in Japan.
