This class was so much fun! We came in with a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed it...even my two teenagers who *never* cook at home. We will definitely sign up for another class the next time we visit Tokyo.
We loved Alice’s cooking class, the studio was great, her instructions were clear and easy to understand, she was engaging and informative. Our food was SO YUMMY, oishii kata, the sake was generously available and Alice explained the different types. Go for this class!
Such an amazing and fun class. Masae is so kind and made the experience truly the best!
Started with a fun supermarket shop picking fresh stuff like a local, then headed to the cozy studio.Minnie was the BEST—super chill, patient, and explained everything from sushi rice to dashimaki eggs and miso soup without making me feel like newbies. We laughed, chopped like pros, and make a “good” sushi roll. Lunch was our own masterpieces—yum!
Mai was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable! She took us shopping for fresh ingredients, giving us great tips about what to look for when picking out the herbs, veggies, and fish. She then took great care in explaining to us the "why" behind every step of the lunch we prepared. It all came out so tasty, beautiful, and we learned so much! Such a lovely experience, thanks again to Mai!
Brilliant experience! Minnie was so lovely, we clocked delicious cucumber salad, aubergine, chicken and a roll of sushi. Going to get shopping was really great and we spent a wonderful evening! Couldn’t recommend it more!
