A genuinely comfortable and welcoming stay. Omotenashi HOTEL FamilyStay lived up to its name — the hosts were attentive, quick to communicate, and made everything easy from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay, with reliable WiFi and everything we needed for a smooth week in Tokyo. The location worked brilliantly too, with great food, coffee, and local spots within easy walking distance. It felt like a thoughtful, well‑run place that made our trip noticeably easier and more enjoyable.
