Was searching for a Seiko SBSC009 all around tokyo and it was all out of stock. Came upon this shop thru extensive google search and visited it. Sadly they dont have it on stock but they have the black variant SBSC011.Even with the language barrier, we communicated with ease using translator.The male staff was kind enough to verify on their other branch if they its on stock luckily they have but he said it will take around 2 days to have it delivered on this shop which I wont be make it because ill be leaving japan in 2 days too.In the end, i went with the black variant SBSC011. And im still happy with it.They also have Tax Free for foreign visitors.Overall experience: 10/10
