Great service! No complaints. You can make your payment in dollars and talk with someone in English from their US office even months before your trip and they will contact you once you are in Japan a few days before your service date for specific arrangements. The car we rented was a Toyota van super luxury and clean and the chofer even though he didn’t speak too much English was super cautious driving and will communicate with us via WhatsApp. We love our trip and their service.
My family went to Tokyo and Hokkaido early April 2026 for holidays and we have all 9 people. We went to many place like Mt. Fuji, Yokohama and blue pond in Hokkaido we really enjoy with chauffeur and really helpful with the driver during our holiday. We would like to recommend for group tours to use this service to make you more relaxed and can go many places.
We had a great experience with the tour transport service. Lydia was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and shared detailed information about our itinerary even before our arrival in Japan, which gave us peace of mind.Our driver, Mr Yang, was smartly dressed and very professional. He arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled meeting time, which we really appreciated. He was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the journey. He also brought us to majestic spots around Mt Fuji with fewer crowds, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and take wonderful photos comfortably.Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant, and well-organised experience. Highly recommended!
We experienced excellent service from the time we first inquired about their service. Quick response for a price quote from Kansai airport to our hotel in Osaka and then back when we departed. Received driver info a day before departure and the driver also messaged me so we had his contact info. Vehicles were very clean and comfortable, drivers professional. We will return to Japan in two years and will differently use Japan Holiday again.
2026年6/28(日)此次的日本旅遊，一樣是委託他們。這次的接機與三天行程都是由周先生負責。人也是非常的好，專業與熱心的幫助我們一路下來的行程。一樣之後如果到日本也會再找他們，也有推薦給我正好要去日本的朋友參考。2025年此次是6/23成田機場至台場日航酒店由陳先生駕駛，6/24,6/25,6/26包車旅遊由葉先生駕駛，最後7/2日會再從環球影城園前飯店至關西機場，對於第一次自由旅行又挑戰東京大阪10日遊的我來說，東京行程多虧葉先生，讓我們旅程都很輕鬆與舒適的跑景點。而且車型都是6座埃爾法，後座4個人再放兩個28吋行李箱是很足夠的（放三個也沒問題），價格上比較過另外兩家知名日本包車，Japan Holiday價格有明顯的優勢。之後再來日本，有包車應該還是會再次找他們，並且也會推薦給朋友。
Ding Dong - Definitely a 5 STAR CHAMPION! - Fantastic service, outstanding communication before and during the trip. This was our first trip to Japan and we were a bit nervous about getting around. Lydia and William made it easy and comfortable for us. All the drivers were friendly and showed up on time. The cars were spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend Japan Holidays and we're definitely booking with them again next time we go to Japan
A big Thank you shout out to James at Japan Holidays who helped us plan our complete transportation for 8 people covering various cities around Japan. We had reached out to several travel companies with our specific needs and nobody was able to respond timely or accommodate our specific itinerary or quotes were very expensive. James accommodated our requests for transportation as per our itinerary happily and the quote was very reasonable. Once we reached Japan the service was timely, well organized and everything went smoothly. James also helped us with some great tips with planning before heading there and checked frequently with us when in Japan too. Would highly recommend Japan Holidays for your Japan travel.
