L'apartament estava molt ben ubicat, en un barri més aviat residencial i molt a prop de l'estació de metro Iriya.El propietari responia a tots els missatges i dubtes que teníem al moment i ens va donar indicacions clares per accedir al pis. L'espai va ser suficient per un grup de 3, tot i que potser sí que vam trobar a faltar alguns utensilis més de cuina.També ofereixen servei de trasllat a l'aeroport, cosa que ens va facilitar el trajecte.En definitiva, ho recomanaria a qualsevol que volgués venir a Tokyo.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation as a family. The location is very central — Senso-ji Temple was easily reachable on foot, and all other districts are quick to access via the Yamanote Line.We would definitely choose this apartment again. It has everything a family needs, and even includes a washing machine, which was very convenient.
I went with my family to Tokyo this year and we stayed in this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a good bed.The hotel is close to Iriya station, which made traveling a lot easier. Also, after a long trip, it's just a short walk to the hotel. Would absolutely reccomend this hotel to tourists.
We were glad that we chance upon this place after our first choices of accommodation near Tokyo Station were taken up, despite trying to book almost six months before our trip. As this was our first time visiting Tokyo, we were practically starting with zero knowledge of the city, its weather, food scene, transportation, and tourist destinations. We practically found ourselves scrambling to research and frantically trying to acquire enough information to make informed decisions.Most YouTube videos we watched kept repeating the same advice: “book at least six months in advance”, as good places get snapped up very quickly. When the Louis Stage Iriya apartment units kept appearing on our Airbnb search dashboard, we decided to grab the opportunity, eventhough we were aware of the usual “location, location, location” risk, given that we had not done sufficient research at that point.That said, leveraging on my years of business and leisure travel experience, Louis Stage Iriya met our initial requirements well: (1) it is located within 650 metres of a train station (Iriya Station on the Hibiya Line); (2) the apartment comfortably fits two adults and two children; (3) it offers sufficient space for our five cabin-size luggages (since we packed more clothing than usual due to winter); and (4) it comes with a washing machine with dryer, as well as (5) functional kitchen amenities including a kettle, microwave, fridge, and stove. Most importantly, we wanted a place that was immaculately (6) clean, quiet, and had a separate bathroom and toilet.We were pleased that all our requirements were met, its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and enough space for five cabin-size luggages and four backpacks. In particular, making Asakusa our base to explore Tokyo turned out to be the right decision. Louis Stage Iriya is approximately 650 metres from Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise Shopping Street, and Don Quijote, and about 450 metres from the nearest exit of Iriya Station (via the route passing the post office). The location also proved to be strategic, with short GoTaxi rides to Ueno Zoo (¥1,800), Nezu Shrine (¥2,300), and Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Taxi Stand (¥3,600).The owner was responsive throughout our stay and even helped to coordinate with Haneda Airport’s Lost & Found for the delivery of our delayed luggage, which arrived three days later.I would definitely choose this place again if I ever visit Tokyo with my family. I highly recommend it to travellers looking for a strategic location around Asakusa, a clean and quiet environment, sufficient space, and comfortable bedding. The only suggestion I would make is for the owner to provide extra pillows. Overall, I have no hesitation in rating this property a solid 5 out of 5.

We loved our stay here! It was definitely the most comfortable place to stay for a long journey, ours was 6 nights and 7 days. Here I list the things we loved the most about Louis Stage Iriya:- comfy beds and soft pillows, they also give towels;- washing machine, hairdryer, kettle and air conditioning was provided;- close position to the Hibiya Line, 9-minutes walk that can get you to the closest neighbourhood Ueno, Akihabara, Ginza.- 20 minutes by feet to Asakusa, you can visit the Senso-ji Temple by night.- Bus stops nearby, although we never took a bus.- Neighbourhood is quiet by night and is provided with 2 Family Marts within walking distance. The closest Supermarket is Life and is 10 minutes away from the apartment.- clear communication with the host who provides clear information about how to check-in and check-out.- Garbage room to throw out your trash without littering.- Separate toilet from the shower/bathtub.- Wifi worked wonderfully.- Kitchen is equipped with: stoves, cutlery and plates, as well with the fridge.The only cons we have:- no vacuum cleaner, there is only one shared broom at the entrance that you need to put back once finished using it.- no TV is in the apartment so it’s quiet by night, if you are alone it can get a bit lonely but it’s fine.- instructions about facilities (such as the washing machine, the toilet buttons and the airdry fan) are not provided so you need to figure it out by yourself.
