メニューの全てが、味のスケールを超えた素晴らしい料理ばかりです。
It’s better I don’t show photos because the experience should be genuine. I am from Los Angeles and have dined at some of the most prestigious Italian restaurants across the world (including in Italy). I cannot emphasize this enough that this man has mastered the craft of Italian cuisine. The carbonara changed my life for the better and I will be spreading the word of il Covo like it’s the gospel. The pizza is a perfect blend of Marinara and other ingredients. Every item on the menu breaks the scale of 1-10. Favorite restaurant of all time. I’ve never wrote a review in my entire life for anything besides this one. This man is my father. Thank you il Covo ❤️
