The location was excellent—just a short walk from Shinkoiwa Station, only 14 minutes to Tokyo Station, with direct access from Narita Airport. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby made it very convenient.The anime-themed rooms were amazing, each with a unique design that delighted both kids and adults. It truly felt like stepping into an anime world.The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, offering great value for the price. The host was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for something special in Tokyo!
家族で宿泊しましたが、本当に大満足です。部屋ごとに異なるアニメの世界観が細部まで丁寧に作り込まれていて、ホテル以上に特別感があります。子どもたちは大喜び、大人も童心に戻ってワクワクできました。清潔感もあり、設備も充実していて、高級ホテルに負けないクオリティです。それなのに、価格はとても良心的！ 東京でこれほどユニークで高品質な宿泊体験が、この値段でできるのは本当に驚きです。コストパフォーマンスは抜群だと思います。立地も便利で、新小岩駅から徒歩で10分以内、東京駅まで直結で14分、成田空港からも直通で来られるので、理想的なロケーションです。駅周辺には飲食店やスーパー、コンビニもあり、不便を感じることはありませんでした。ホストさんもとても親切で、旅行の相談にものってくれて安心感がありました。特別な体験をリーズナブルに楽しみたいファミリーやグループに、心からおすすめしたい宿です！
非常开心选择了这样一家仿佛住进动漫世界的民宿！本来就是奔着不同的动漫主题房去的，结果细节设计也非常棒，孩子每天都特别开心。我们大人们也享受到了日本房子的入住体验。在房子里拍了很多照片，留下了这次日本旅行中难忘的回忆。房间干净舒适，电子设备齐备整洁，厨房客厅宽敞整洁，我们甚至和朋友们一起计划外地在民宿做了晚餐，就好像在自己家一样。真的很适合家庭或朋友一起住！而且价格合理，性价比真的很高。相比较住酒店而言，我更加推荐这里！交通也非常便利，步行即可到达新小岩电车站，15分钟到东京站，到浅草寺和天空树非常近，到银座也很方便。而且还能直达成田机场，对身为游客的我们，真的是太便利的选择了。车站周边餐厅很多，有各种料理店、便利店也很近，不管什么时候都没有感受到身在异国的不便。房东非常亲切和耐心，我们是第一次去日本，房东为我们提供了很多当地的观光和用餐信息。整个行程我们都很安心。非常推荐给来日本的旅客，我相信你们也一定会在这里度过很难忘的时光的！

This was a perfect home for our large family, on our first nights in Japan. Clean, modern facilities, and a short walk to shops, trains etc. The themed rooms were a treat for the kids.
