Appartment is close to Higashi-Ikebukuro and good connection to explore Tokyo. It is on first floor and sleeping room is in a basement. Very clean and well supplied with all you need for 5 day stay. Aircondition available in both floors, essential in summer. Area is safe nd quiet, no noise. Good connection to airport with bus limousine to airports from nearby stations. Owner is very kind and reachable.

We ordered a 3 room hotel on the app but instead we ended up getting 1 big room, checking in was difficult because we had to go to Moccha Cat Cafe for checking in that was 13 a minute walk from the hotel to the Ikebikuro station. The room was small but the basement was spacious
