静かな環境に加え、近くに桜並木があり散歩に最適です。
Sugamo is suitable for family stay with easy access to supermarkets (summit store closing at 12am, seiyu 7x24) for fresh and cheap fruits, and for sure with convenience store (lawson and 7-11 nearby the apartment). also with various kinds of japanese style coffee shops you can name (komeda, hoshino) near the JR station. And yes, it is just few stations away from the popular tokyo spots like ikebukuro.Laundry machine right inside the room. And hangers are provided too. The bathroom is equipped with drying machine so the washed clothes are dried fast.Like other apartment, you cannot store your luggage after check-out. And the cleaning staff are real punctual. They arrive at the room at 10am sharp. Be sure to reserve enough time to pack your luggage and leave the room before 10am.
The location is very convenient since the train station is nearby, as well as convenience stores, restaurants, and shops. The area is not crowded and is very quiet, which is a plus for me. There is even a sakura lane you can pass by while going to the train station. The room is equipped with its own television, kitchen, refrigerator, bathtub, and washing machine. You can dry your laundry in the bathroom while the dry fan is on. The host is responsive to queries. We enjoyed our stay very much.

周辺のオススメ
We had a great stay at Sugamo Green Heights, if there were 10 stars we would rate them 10. The location is great (less than 5 mins walk from the Yamanote line), accessing the flat is super easy (thanks to detailed explanations provided by the hosts) and the flat itself had everything we needed for our stay. There is detailed info on how to sort rubbish and instructions for everything. We never needed to but if we had to contact the host, communication was always very prompt and very precise. We are 2 adults and 1 child and had enough space to stay there comfortably. The only thing I would change is the softness of the beds: I would have preferred harder mattresses but I guess that’s a personal preference. There is restaurants and convenience stores nearby and coffee shops. Overall we would stay there again and again, a big thank you to the hosts!
