This was home for 4.5 years. It was hassle free living. The staff were all very fast in their responses and helpful. The location is very convenient. Lots of nice bakeries around. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly faces.

The Good & The BadGood:1. Nice, quiet area, cute building and apartment, functional2. Excellent follow up by Sales and Support staffBad:1. Atrocious, zero-support aged mattress ruined my back for the first 2 weeks + estimated 2 months recovery, ruining my move in experience. Hmlet replaced the mattress in due course.2. The worn out motor of the aged fridge was as loud as a printing press in the room. Could not sleep. Hmlet management initially refused to change this, saying it was normal operation. Ultimately they did replace it, and the exact same model is much, much quieter.3. The sofa has near-zero support. My butt sinks to the bottom (180cm, 77kg). Hmlet management has refused to change this or allow me to upgrade the sofa without storing the original at my own expense.4. No elevator. Move in also was hard on the back carrying everything upstairs.5. Everything in the apartment is tiny and low. If you are tall you are going to be hunched over a lot of the time.In a small urban apartment, each area or piece needs to work, and all of the above key pieces contribute to what makes a place livable or not.Unfortunately, Hmlet management seem profit-first and inflexible. With more flexibility this review could have been *5* stars. The potential is there.
