突然の予約にも柔軟に対応してくれます。
親切なスタッフの心配りが光ります。
I was there with a friend in October last year and they were super friendly and helped us carrying our admittedly very heavy suitcases up to the 3rd floor where the bedrooms are. When asked if we could prolong our stay for a night bc we accidentally booked it like that, they said it was OK and manually calculated the extra day. They have a list printed on what goes to which trash can and when the garbage will be collected and also explained it and the other needed information to us. The rooms were beautiful the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get up hahaha. Every floor has a toilet the kitchen has all needed appliances for when you want to cook. My friend and I mostly just brought home take out bc we were too tired from the day to cook 😅 the area it's located is very quiet but still quite near to a SevenEleven and Family Mart, as well as the train and bus station. All in all it was perfect and I hope I'll be able to stay there the next time I'm in Japan too. I sadly didn't take photos of it but the photos already uploaded here are really just how it looks like, so no worries about the pictures being fake 😋
突然の予約にも関わらず、親切に対応して頂きました。部屋も綺麗で、居心地も良いです。次の機会があれば、利用させて頂きたいです。
