優點：·裝潢設備非常新！有浴缸、洗衣機、廁所浴室分開、熱水溫度控制器，有電子爐、鍋具、煮水壺、冰箱、微波爐，有電視、沙發床👌🏻·從車站回來的路上有藥妝店、全家，巷子口還有7-11，一整天玩回來可以買早餐、宵夜，非常方便🥹·住宅區出入單純，晚上都很安靜·網速超快！5G剛連上手機就馬上備份完照片了⋯超扯缺點：·鄰近的八廣車站是小站，每次搭車出門，不是班次較少，就是要多轉車·入住過程堪比密室逃脫·非常意外打掃很馬虎，各個平台像桌面、地面都是肉眼可見的塵沙，剛入住的時候非常驚嚇整體：整體還是性價比很高的出租公寓，因為可以在東京以平易近人的價格住到這麼新、這麼完善的房間，實屬難得，缺點一個就是事前就知道的交通不便，還有一個事前不知道的衛生不佳🫠
Lovely accommodations close to a metro lineI stayed at this holiday apartment rental for 8 nights and it was a lovely experience. Clean, neat, roomy enough with great amenities. Toilet, shower, washing machine, mini kitchen, AC units and suchAbout 7 minutes walk from Yahiro station, it only takes a few minutes to go to downtown Tokyo using public transit.I recommend the place as it is very nice, convenient and perfectly located - if I had to suggest a few things, here's the list:- There was only 1 toilet paper roll. We were 3 people for 8 nights, it wasn't enough ahahaha! We didn't find any spare rolls so we eventually bought one.- The only thing this place really needs to offer ALL essentials would be a table and some chairs. The sofa would convert to a 2nd bed, but not convenient to relax and eat, and the table is a low coffee table, not designed to eat or work. Having a table and conventional chairs (even if foldable!) would be fantastic and allow any visitor to relax, eat, work, play card games and suchI'd honestly say these are the only two elements that were missing, otherwise I highly recommend this place as a Japan Holiday Apartment Rental in Tokyo⭐⭐⭐⭐If around, I'd definitely consider renting this place again!

Siamo stati qui 10 giorni. L’host è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi nostro dubbio (non sapevamo come accendere il riscaldamento e ha prontamente risposto.) Avevamo molti rotoli di carta igienica e molti sacchetti per la spazzatura. Tutto è stato perfetto e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Mi mancherà
