All the staff were really friendly and spoke great English. This is Yokota’s one stop shop for everything phones.
Excellent customer service! Switched from AU and received 280 worth or merch free AirPods and cables.
The staff is very helpful and they help with any needs and questions that you have. Would highly recommend softbank to anyone at Yokota.
Better coverage than the other phone service provider on base. I made the swap and haven't looked back.

Service is fine, but cancelling service when you leave is frustrating. They will not prorate and are not easy to work with
