Small but very nice i will use again
Fantastic place, good location with everything you need in walking distance. They already provide cleaning and cooking utensils. Bath and shower are great, had no problems with the hot tower. As to be expected it's on the smaller side, but has smart furniture placement, so I did not mind.Other than the fact that there are no dedicated smoking areas, this has been an enjoyable experience.

Very small place and the neighborhood is not the nicest.
Spacious apartments with a less than 10m walk to Otsuka station. The short-term rental apartments on the first 3 floors can be found on Airbnb and Japanese apartment sites.
