Been here just the once (and hopefully, last), and there seems to be a nice, working "family" feel among the staff i.e. referring to each other, an older person overseeing a younger guy, another person asking for help from a colleague..etc..Service was attentive. I was asked if I knew Japanese, and to fill in the form as best as I could. My health insurance card was brought to me, whilst I was filling out the form. I was told that they didn't have my meds in stock, but if I don't mind waiting, they would look into where there was stock. They got back to me a few minutes later and said they'd found where they could get some, and that they would go and get it, please wait. The meds and everything were all ready for me by the time I had filled out the form.The lady seeing to me, made sure to cross check my details with the meds that I was being prescribed. And explained everything clearly.All in all, I was pleased with the service I got here.
