This place truly feels like a home away from home. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so you can expect a peaceful environment and good quality sleep at night. The location is also convenient. There are two nearby train stations: Tobu Kanegafuchi Station, which is around 500 meters away (less than 10-minute walk ), and Keisei Sekiya Station, around 1.2 km from the house (approximately a 15–20 minute walk). You will also find a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just outside Kanegafuchi Station, which is very convenient for quick meals, snacks, or daily essentials. Check-in and check-out are very easy and convenient. The owner simply sends the door code, allowing you to enter and leave the property without any hassle. Although the entire house is relatively small, it was more than sufficient for our stay. We traveled with two XL suitcases and two small suitcases, and there were three of us staying—my wife, our 3-year-old daughter, and myself—and we were still able to manage comfortably. The house is well-equipped with useful amenities, including a kitchen, refrigerator, TV, room heater, laundry area, and a bathtub. There is also complimentary laundry soap in case you need to wash your clothes, as well as an electric iron and free Wi-Fi. So far, this is the best deal we have found. We will surely come back here if we visit Tokyo again.

Very cozy and comfortable studio to spend a few nights in Tokyo. It's near a train station, so you're well connected to everywhere (especially Narita Airport). It has all the amenities you may need during your stay and it's perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people. I totally recommend it!
