池袋の静かな住宅街で、落ち着いた雰囲気が魅力の空間です。
Emplacement idéal, à 12 min à pied de la gare d'ikebukuro (qui permet de relier Shinjuku très rapidement).Il y a à proximité de nombreux convenient store dont un qui nous a permis d'envoyer nos bagages vers un autre hôtel pour la suite de notre voyage via le service Yamato.La propriétaire a vite pris contact avec moi pour me fournir une carte de recommandations sur Tokyo. Elle m'a indiqué ce que l'on pouvait faire en fonction de nos goûts. Elle m'a également envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires juste avant notre arrivée dans l'appartement et pris des nouvelles une fois installés.Tout le nécessaire d'hygiène était présent, nous n'avons manqué de rien.
Wir haben eine Woche in einem der Apartments in Ikebukuro verbracht und es war wunderbar für unsere Reise nach Tokyo. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, um einfache Mahlzeiten oder Frühstück zuzubereiten. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab Shampoo, sogar Spülung, Föhn, Müllsäcke, Regenschirm... es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Gastgeberin hat aktiv kommuniziert und ist super hilfsbereit und antwortet immer schnell. Wir haben die Wohnung nicht als klein empfunden. Allerdings konnten wir unsere Rucksäcke ohne Probleme im oberen Stockwerk unterbringen. Der Beamer war ein tolles Extra, um nach einem langen Tag einen Film zu schauen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte top.Zur nächsten MRT-Station läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, aber dann ist man sehr schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Tokyo. Für uns war es super, dem Trubel am Abend zu entkommen. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Per la mia vacanza a Tokyo ho scelto uno di questi appartamenti ad Ikebukuro, ho soggiornato dieci giorni e mi sono trovato benissimo. Il complesso è situato in una via con pochissimo traffico, raramente passava una macchina, quindi molto silenziosa e tranquilla. La stanza era molto piccola ma c'era tutto l'occorrente per stare bene, il letto era grande e comodo ed era tutto pulito e profumato. La stazione era a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, da lì si riesce ad arrivare comodamente in tutta Tokyo. La gentilezza e la premura di Koharu è stata fondamentale, mi ha aiutato molto dandomi consigli utili su ristoranti della zona e negozi di souvenir. Consiglierò la struttura a tutti quelli che conosco per la loro vacanza a Tokyo.
A little cozy Japanese styled apartment which is very well equipped. Also Koharu is such a good host, not only recommending me places for food, showing me laundromat which is just 2 alleys away, but also helping me to look for the closest motorcycle parking nearby.Reccomended!
This is one of the best places I visit during my trip in Tokyo. Location is perfect in a real quiet neibourhood. Ikeburo centre is 10 min walk, restaurants are within 5 min walk. Station is nearby. The room is typically Tokyo, small, but everything is there. We where with 2 persons it was very comfortable, you really learn that you dont need a lot to be happy. It is a must experience when you visit Tokyo beside the hotels.
5歳の息子と滞在しました。畳のロフト付きお部屋で息子は大喜びで秘密基地となりました。お宿は綺麗で周りも静かだし、アメニティも揃っていて、周囲にもコンビニ、飲食店、銭湯、コインランドリーがあり何不自由なく快適にすごせました。また東京に来るときがあればぜひここに泊まりたいです。

Excellent communication from the host. Koharu is very transparent and super reactive. I have reached out to her to get some information about the studios and she was super respectful and shared all the informations with a lot of transparency.
