Beautiful large accommodations, we got the 2nd floor as it comes with a washing machine. The check in process was self service after entering the door with the pin sent by the messages in the booking platform. Had to climb up the stairs with the luggage which was fine. The carpark was a few meters away as stated, we came at night which was hard to locate, but could have checked google maps street view to locate it beforehand. Overall a pleasant stay with great Mount Fuji view
