If you're looking for pad thai, this is the place to get it. It's absolutely delicious!
It was great eating at AMO Kitchen at Delta EAST (a trendy, American-style outdoor food truck village and community gathering plaza located right in Fussa, just a short 3-minute walk from Higashi-Fussa Station!) and chatting with the owner. He has an incredible hustle - working a full-time office job during the week and moonlighting with his food truck on weekends. He used to own a food truck in the Philippines but instead of doing straight Filipino food here, he’s created this amazing Southeast Asian "Greatest Hits" menu.Everything is made completely from scratch. The Pad Thai was loaded with crushed peanuts and perfectly balanced and the Indonesian Chicken Satay with peanut sauce was incredibly tender. For likely a limited time, his homemade chicken and pork sausage loaded with fresh herbs and spices (at only ¥500) is a delicious deal!There’s combo deals and beer available as well! Go support this man on the weekends!

Amazing food and service. The owner is very kind. We had the Pad Thai and the Lumpia. I loved that the pad thai had tofu in it. The serving size was large in my opinion. The lumpia was very good. Everything is cooked to order. We will definitely be back!
