I've stay here twice and it was cozy welcoming both times. I will be staying here again very soon
I stayed here in December 2016 and was impressed by the good service and kind staff. The staff gave me a proper introduction and useful tips for commuting on the different train networks around Tokyo. I had a wonderful stay at a very affordable price. They have fast internet for both cable and wifi connectivity. There are showers and a washroom. The rooms are perfect for anyone who is travelling and have aircon. The bathrooms are clean. I will try to stay there again in the future.
It's not fancy, but it has a great atmosphere and everything you could need!
