I stayed at 305 for 3 months. The walls can be somewhat thin so if a noisy neighbor exists it can an annoyance but not to the fault of the landlord. Watanabe and the daughter that lives on site I felt were very welcoming and flexible as can be. I left a few days earlier than the month and they kindly prorated and charged me less. The location is very convenient if you don't mind a bus ride to get to a station. Lawson next door. Supermarkets nearby with one a few minute walk. Very family oriented area and quiet apart from school kids laughing and playing in the area. You can't beat the price.I highly recommend to everyone.
