コーヒーのテイスティングができ、自分好みのブレンドに出会えます。
あたたかい雰囲気で癒されるコーヒー☕と音楽でリラックス出来ました。
珈琲は美味しいけど、店内の作りは改善の余地アリかな...唯一のテーブルは4人用。1〜2人の客はサーティンワンにありそうな簡易休憩スペースで珈琲を飲むことになるが、あまり落ち着けない。ロケーション的に、珈琲で休息を楽しむような使い方になるはず。オープン直後は珍しさで集客できるが、リピーターになってくれるか疑問が残る。応援してますので、良い店作りを期待してます。
A wonderful local roastery with a very interesting interior design. I tried their latte and it tasted amazing. They roast and grind their own beans, and they also offer coffee tastings so you can find your perfect blend.My only complaint would be the limited hours, as they are only open from 11:00 to 16:00, though that seems to be the standard across Japan for places like this. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area
A wonderful new addition to the neighborhood!This brand-new roastery just opened up nearby, and I’m so glad I stopped in to check it out. The overall atmosphere is incredibly nice and welcoming.The staff here are fantastic—very friendly and attentive. They even let us sample coffee from a variety of different beans, which was a wonderful touch. Their bean selection seems very plausible and well-curated, including their own specialty Kawase Blend and a unique "Higashimurayama Blend".It’s a lovely, clean space to relax, and the excellent service from the owners and staff makes it a place worth visiting. I'm looking forward to coming back in the future to try more of their coffee selection!
