Another complicated place to review that doesn't fit well into the narrow-minded shoeboxes of Google Maps. Olive Lounge is one of the signs, other signs say Starbucks, and there's something else about Olive, too. Pretty clear this is some kind of SMBC response to the bank across the street, which has been affiliated with a Starbucks for some years. As a Starbucks it is rather large, with about 50 seats on the ground floor and 70 upstairs. "Sugar" by Ora the Molecule is fairly typical Starbucks music. There's a non- Starbucks Wi-Fi signal that was easy to use, but I'm not sure if the Starbucks signal is from across the street. Quite crowded, even though the bank part is not open at this time.The cookie and coffee were both good, and because of the airy and spacious atmosphere I'll go ahead and call it a high four stars.One supplemental comment about the bank part. There was a kind of information kiosk that was active even now, but I couldn't get any useful answers to any of my questions. It was already a shock to see that they attempted to support English. It boggles my mind to think that SMBC could actually be trying to improve their service, because I have too much experience with them, going back long before the forced merger with Mitsui. Could it actually be better? I can't imagine how it could be worse...
