Excellent service.Beautiful clean car.Very professional, communicated clearly.Wonderful and friendly.Really just great
What truly sets SoQ and his company apart is communication. I always create my own itinerary, which is usually different from anything offered by tour companies. Having someone who genuinely listens and responds quickly (even with a 14-hour time difference) is essential—and far from guaranteed. Add to that the punctuality of the excellent driver, Leo, the comfort of the vehicle, and a real willingness to accommodate, and the result was an unforgettable experience. If you’re in Tokyo, SoQ is your guy.

We had a wonderful day exploring the Hakone and Mount Fuji area with SoQ, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment we met, SoQ made our family feel completely comfortable and welcome. What started as a day of sightseeing quickly felt like we were spending time with a longtime friend. He was warm, genuine, knowledgeable and incredibly thoughtful throughout the day. What made the experience particularly special was not just the beautiful places we visited, but the conversations along the way.SoQ shared many personal stories about Japan, his experiences and life, and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He went well beyond simply being a driver or guide — he genuinely connected with our family and made the day memorable. He was also very flexible and attentive to what our family wanted to see, making sure the day was relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. His knowledge of the area and his stories gave us a much deeper appreciation of Japan. Thank you, SoQ, for such a wonderful day, your kindness, your stories. If you are looking for someone to show you Hakone and the Mount Fuji area while giving you a genuinely personal and memorable experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend SoQ.
