Live Nippon coordinated our entire family trip to Japan this summer. From activities and transfers in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, to the smaller day trips in Mt. Fuji, Nikko, Nara, etc. Everything was perfection and on point. The best part, however, was our guide, Shish, who accompanied us the entirety of 16 days. He was patient, sweet, funny, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have with us. He was able to add amazing places not originally on our itinerary, and improvise new plans when the weather did not cooperate. He took us to some great little hidden gems, and really made our trip memorable.
I booked our Mount Fuji and Hakone excursion with Live Nippon, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Communication was greatthey were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with.Our guides met us in the morning right on time and were so patient with our big group. Anthony was especially wonderful. He was fun, helpful, and gave us great suggestions throughout the day. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations, and it turned out to be the best decision we had the best time.I would highly recommend Live Nippon and especially Anthony as a guide. He truly made the day memorable!

We truly loved this tour. We had the best day in Japan. Our guide Jeff lead us to wonderful nature sites on the way to Mt Fuji: the lava cave, the Chureito Pagoda, lake Saiko, lake Kawaguchi. Climbing 398 stairs and the boat ride on the lake were lots of fun for the kid. The view of the mountain from the lake is breathtaking.Jeff knew how to customize this day given the morning was really cloudy so it wasn’t worthed to reach station 5.We have great memories on this trip. Thank you Jeff and Live Nippon!
