I stayed at RakuNyan 101 "The Wave" for one week at the beginning of June 2025.It's a relativley short walk (maybe 15 to 20 minutes) from Wakoshi station or Chikatetsu-Narimasu station but the hosts Daniel and Yuka were super hospitable, offering to pick me up from the station.There were snacks and a personal welcome message in the apartment, which made me feel very at home.The apartment was clean, well equipped (though I only used the microwave, A/C and washing machine) and comfortable with many cute cat-themed details.WiFi was fast and reliable.The bedroom floor is tatami, which has a subtle scent that I found to be quite pleasant.It also has a traditional sliding screen instead of curtains and I woke naturally with the daylight.The area was mostly quiet and I slept very well on the futon.Overall I enjoyed my stay very much, had no problems and would definitely stay again.
Had an 8-night stay here, great location close to 2 train stations, and there is a well-stocked supermarket & Japanese fast food places 2 minutes walk away.Ikebukero is around 15 minutes away by train, and it's quick & easy to get anywhere in Tokyo by train from there.Much more spacious & comfortable than staying at the usual business hotels, especially for an extended stay.Thanks again!

Had a wonderful 10 day stay.Was the perfect distance for train travel all around Tokyo. Pricing was exceptional with all the amenities and traditional tatami bedroom. the owners were so accomadating, especially since I turned up early hours. They were super knowledable about locations to see. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to experience local Japan while being away from the busy centre, and still be close to good dining and easy travel to the tourist locations.Will 100% stay again.
