Smart Oasis rapid charger (theGreen2). This is a CHAdeMO DC fast charger and costs 550 yen per session (flat rate, tax included). It is not free.The 550 yen is per charging session, not per kWh or per minute. However, like most rapid chargers in Japan, there is usually a time limit (30 minutes per session), so you cannot charge for unlimited hours on a single payment.How to use it:1. Press Start and select your language (English is available).2. Plug in the CHAdeMO connector firmly.3. Authenticate by tapping a card on the reader.If you are not a member, scan the QR code, enter your credit card details, then tap a card (there is often a shared card attached to the unit for visitor use).4. Press START on the screen and charging begins.5. Charging stops automatically when your car reaches its preset charge limit, or you can press STOP manually.This charger is CHAdeMO only.Because it is a flat 550 yen per session, it can be good value if you arrive with a low battery and make full use of the session time.
