Very great place near Tokyo center, the rooms are really nice for such a cheap price! The owner doesn't speak English so you need a translator but otherwise she is very gentle and caring, she welcomed us at 1:30am and offered to come at the nearest station to bring us home.My room had an air conditioner, TV and a big closet. For 7 days and less than 300€ that's perfection. Also the place is easy to find and the neighborhood is calm and beautiful. The other review from a neighbor is probably a grumpy grandpa honestly
