Overall was a great place for our needs. We stayed here (2 adults and 1 teen) for 3 nights during the first leg of our two week trip in Japan.Nice and simple apartment style place, good sized for us 3. Basic slippers are provided at the front door, no shoes in the rooms or tatami mat bedroom.Comfortable beds/sleeping pads and warm comforter/blankets in the raised tatami mat room. It had a TV which we didn't use for our stay. Also there's an A/C heater wall unit that's adjustable for bedroom temp needs.The kitchen has a sink, fridge/freezer, rice maker, hot water boiler, and very basic dishes. The bathroom has a sink (with toothbrush, comb), shower (with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), and washing machine (no dryer in the room at all). The toilet is in a separate room, which was very convenient. There's a clothes drying rack as well.The door has an easy-to-use keypad lock system (keyless entry). They provide a key-code prior to arrival.A few extra notes: as there's no clothes dryer, we had to take our wet clothes to a close by laundry mat, since it was cold and rainy during our two days stay and our clothes weren't drying in time on the room rack.There's no towel bars in the place for hanging bath towels. We would have appreciated a few for that purpose as we initially used the clothes rack to try to dry our clothes.There's also no kitchen towels or dish drying rack. That would have been helpful. We used one of the small bath towels for kitchen drying needs.All of the windows have screen slides covering the glass, which is pretty, but the glass underneath is opaque so you can't see out onto the street at all. There's also no curtains over the windows to block out the streetlights at night, so wear an eye mask if you're like us that prefer a dark room while sleeping at night. I also recommend ear plugs for those who are light sleepers as the street noice is pretty constant all night, though it didn't bother us too much as we were super tired each day and crashed pretty hard each night lol.Is close to a few subway stations, so it's very easy to get to other areas of Tokyo via subway and buses too. We used both. Next door is a 7/11, and there's a lot of restaurants on that block if a close meal is needed.Overall would recommend, knowing a few of these details ahead of time and prepping for your needs. We stayed here during the busy spring cherry blossom season so I think the price (~$200 USD/night) reflected that. Ideally it would have been cheaper but we know prices are higher this time of year.
