The chef tonio and his food are simply marvelous, though there are some bizarre people around at times
A quaint little restaurant in Toyooka with beautiful views of the rice fields outside. The place has quite a Nordic interior feel to it, with an open kitchen concept and a few tables which that gives it a fairly comfortable feeling. There are a lot of small details like the plates and the cutlery which are well done.We started off on a fairly decent note, with a simple salad and ham plate. But the dishes after that lacked flavour and balance. The soup was also too hot given how warm the inside of the restaurant was. The pork dish at the end was extensively soaked in balsamic as the sauce, but actually helped with the balance of the dish, but it was just too much balsamico.The best part of the meal was perhaps the freshly baked bread and butter which were excellent.There was a breeze outside, but it was simply too hot in there and even though we kept asking for water and sweating, it didn't seem like they could really do much about it. The chef was a bit more responsive to our requests, but the staff there was not really observant on how things.Perhaps the hot temperature in the shop made it difficult to enjoy the meal?
すごく素敵なお店でした。お料理もどれも美しくて美味しかった❤️とくに、パンと野菜！ごちそうさまでした。
