We are tourists from Taiwan who came to admire Mt. Fuji. The male staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly. On the evening of February 8th, we were planning to drive to the fireworks display, but our car doors and wipers were frozen shut due to the snow. That staff member even used his personal de-icer to help us melt the ice, for which we are truly grateful. We would suggest that the hostel provide snow brushes or de-icing tools in the parking lot during winter. Thank you once again to that kind gentleman!富士山を鑑賞しに来た台湾からの観光客です。チェックインの際に対応してくださった男性スタッフの方がとても親切でした。2月8日の夜、車で花火大会へ向かおうとしたところ、雪の影響で車のドアやワイパーが凍結してしまいました。そのスタッフの方は、ご自身の解氷スプレーを使って氷を溶かすのを手伝ってくださり、本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。冬の間、駐車場に雪かき用のブラシや解氷ツールを置いていただけると助かると思います。親切なスタッフの方に、改めて心から感謝申し上げます。

周辺のオススメ
Un lugar increíble. Muy acogedor y cerca de bus, Lawson, lago, cafeterías… El desayuno es gratuito pero es únicamente para servirte café, zumo y un panecillo.El baño es más grande que los habituales de Japón y las camas son más cómodas. Volvería aquí sin duda. Una lástima que el tiempo nos impidió ver el Fuji.
