Their staff John kept close communication with us prior to arrival to pickup. Rate was very competitive, vehicle not necessary the newest but does the job. John provided a fuss free pickup and drop off process and addressed any questions we had over whatsapp. Good value for money.
Booked car from Klook, pick from airport and when return car will send back to airport to take train or plane. Good service. No extra cost. Hybrid car save petrol. Driving direction at right side so no issue to drive in Japan.
